Rare Antique Georgian Sterling Silver Tea Caddy Box 1780 Two Compartment

A beautiful Antique George III is a classic oval can shape Tea Caddy and is decorated with an ornate engraved border on both top & bottom rims of the body and around the rims of the lid. The body of the Caddy also includes a floral swag and bow motif with an oval cartouche on each side, with an engraved monogram on the front. The interior of the caddy is divided into two compartments.

Made in London in 1780 by John Denziloe.
