A lovely Antique Victorian Scottish Silver four piece Tea & Coffee Set with in a classic baluster shape. Each piece of this Tea Set is embellished with a gorgeous floral and scroll chased patterns and acanthus leaf patterning on the scroll handles. Each item has a pair of shaped cartouches bordered by chases scrolls. The Milk Jug & Sugar Basin are gilded in the interior.

Made in Edinburgh, Scotland in 1837 / 1838 by James Howden & Co. The Coffee Pot is dated 1837 & rest of the set is 1838.
