A magnificent Elizabeth II sterling silver covered bowl by Gerald Benney. This Centrepiece features an elegant lightly hammered bowl with a deep open work cover cast with swirl designs culminating in two hearts, one open and the other with a deep green enamel base. The Bowl functions with or without the cover and is both a function object and a sculptural piece in its own right. It is of excellent quality and notably heavy weight. The Covered Bowl is presented in a Gerald Benney tooled leather bound case with cream silk interior
