A beautiful Antique Sterling Silver Claret Jug with an elegant chased design covering its exterior. The William IV Jug is embellished with stylised floral, foliate and scroll designs on each of the panels on the body of the jug and up the tall neck. The body of the Silver Pitcher also features a blank cartouche. The Jug is further embellished with an impressive floral finial on the hinged lid. The Jug has an acanthus leaf scroll handle and stands on a low circular foot.
