Antique George III Sterling Silver Cheese Toasting Dish with a removable wooden handle. This Georgian Silver Cheese Warming Dish has a rectangular form with a classic gadroon border and a domed lid with an ornate finial. The handle of the dish has a chain which attached to the finial to old the open lid in place. A wonderful example of Georgian Design and a unique item to have.
