An rare Antique George II Sterling Silver Coffee Pot with a classic baluster form and wooden scroll handle. The Body of Coffee Pot is embellished with an unusual writhen fluted design featuring alternating panels of plain and chased designs. The decorated panels are decorated with a delicate chased floral design. he Coffee Jug has a shaped Rococo style cartouche with a small crest engraved on the one side. The hinged lid of this Georgian Coffee Jug has a complementary chased design topped with an elegant finial.
Made in London, England in 1756 by Philip Garden.
