A large Antique Art Nouveau Solid Silver Centrepiece with a removable gilt metal liner. This Silver Centrepiece is a beautiful example of Art Nouveau design with elegant floral and foliate chase patterns curling up from the four feet across the body of the Jardiniere. The Centrepiece has two magnificent rose pattern handles and is lined with a removable gilt metal liner. Originally a Jardiniere this exemplary piece of Silver is ideal as a Table Centrepiece or a statement Fruit Bowl.
Made in Germany in c. 1900.
