A magnificent Antique George IV pair of solid Silver Sauce Tureens. These Georgian Sauce Tureens have an oval shape and are decorated with a striking shell and gadroon border on the rim of the Tureen and the centre of the lid. The Tureen stands on four scroll feet topped with acanthus leaf capitals. The body of the Tureen has a crest engraved on one side while the lids have a monogram.

Made in London in 1821 by Craddock & Reed.
