Antique Victorian Sterling Silver Sauce Boat / Gravy Jug 1873 Hunt & Roskell

An impressive Antique Victorian Solid Silver Sauce Boat with removable Solid Silver Liner, This Gravy Boat is of substantial size and good weight. It features a magnificent decorative handle cast with a horned face and scroll decorations. The Body of the Sauce Boat is decorated with a detailed chased and engraved pattern and has a monogram below the spout. The oval foot has bands of patterned decoration.

Made in London, England in 1873 by John Hunt & Robert Roskell.
