The design is characterised by its clean geometric lines and impressive silhouette, exemplifying the elegance and innovation of Moderm English Silver design. The Solid Silver Pitcher features a generously bellied body rising to a straight, tapering neck, encircled by a band of polished oxidised spheres that provide a sophisticated contrast to the brightly polished silver surface.

Parallel bands on the lower body echo those around the neck, lending balance and harmony to the overall composition. A substantial sculptural handle, complete with a spherical thumbpiece, enhances both the visual impact and functionality of the piece.
