A beautiful Antique Victorian Silver mounted Claret Jug with a clear cut Glass Body. The Body of the Wine Jug is embellished with band of cut designs including images vine leaves. This Vine Leaf design is mirrored on the silver mounting.
Made in Birmingham, England in 1870 by John Gough.
Approx. Height - 28.2cm
This Jug has a full English Hallmark on the Neck and part marked on the hinged lid and central band.
This Victorian Silver Claret Jug is in excellent condition with no damage.
