A beautiful Antique solid Silver Jug with in a classic baluster shape with a tall spread pedestal foot. The body and foot of the Jug are embellished with a detailed chased floral, foliate and scroll pattern and the Jug has a substantial acanthus leaf topped handle with two cream insulators. This Jug is suitable for hot or cold liquids.
Made in London in 1802 by Peter, Anne & William Bateman.
