1927
A magnificent solid Silver Cup with a monumental push fit lid. The Trophy is created in the Regency style with inspiration from the designs of Paul Storr. The Trophy has a pair of impressive handles each in the shape of two snakes twisted around each other. The tall everted lid is embellished with chased acanthus leaves mirrored on the base of the Trophy. The body of the Cup has an ornate chased band below the upper rim and a row of swags just below. The Trophy is an impressive display piece but can be used as a vase or champagne cooler thanks to its impressive size. The interior of the body of the Cup is gilded. There is ample room for engraving if desired.
