Large Antique Victorian Sterling Silver and Glass Vases / Centrepieces 1843 Pair

A pair of magnificent Victorian solid Silver Vases with claret coloured glass liners. The Vases have pierced panelled sides allowing the deep red liner to be visible and the body and foot of each Vase are decorated with ornate applied bunches of grapes and leaves on the vine. The wide everted rim mirrors this pattern. This pair of Vases is of substantial size and impressive quality.
Made in Birmingham in 1845 by Robinson, Edkins & Aston.
