A magnificent modern English Sterling Silver and light wood Wine / Champagne Cooler by noted Silversmith Gerald Benney. The body of the Wine Cooler is a striking light wood and the rim and interior of the Cooler are created in solid silver.
The Wine Cooler has an elegant and understated design while being a true modern statement piece by one of the most important and influential silversmiths of the 20th century. Benney was the first craftsman and designer to hold four Royal Warrants at the same time.
