A pair of impressive antique Victorian silver comports with magnificent silver bases supporting elegant cut glass dishes. The silver bases each show a classical mythological style figure, one of a woman with a lamb beside her and the other showing a young man with a goat. The figures are each depicted resting on a thick grape vine and the vine branches reach up to support the dish on a canopy of vine leaves and grapes.

These Comports are of exceptional quality and heavy weight and a great deal of attention has been paid to the detailing on the figures.
