ENOURMOUS ANTIQUE DUTCH SILVER BASKET / CENTREPIECE 1890

A gorgeous Antique Dutch Solid Silver Basket with a fitted deep blue glass liner. This large silver basket stands on four feet and has two reeded handles. The body of the Basket is pierced to create a basket weave effect. The basket has two over cartouches - one blank and one with a chased portrait filling the space. The Basket has a shaped rim topped with a bows above the cartouches. The basket can be used with or without the liner. This Basket was made in Holland in 1890. Approx.
