A Pair of Antique George III Solid Silver Cast Candlesticks standing on square stepped feet with a gadroon pattern on the rim. The Concave capitals are embellished with gadroon bands and are supposed by shaped knopped columns. Each Column features a subtle engraved Crest of the Cuthbert Family – a raised fist clutching an arrow / Spear and the words Nec Minus Fortiter (Not less Bravely. The Candele sticks have flared push fut removable sconces. These Cast Candlesticks are of substantial weight and are not loaded / weighted.
