A pair of magnificent Antique French Solid Silver Gilt Three Light Candelabra. These Candelabra of of immense weight, at around 7kgs each. They are design in the Louis XIV style, and have an impressive ornate design. The central column is created in the style of a quiver of arrows with the ‘feathers’ of the arrow creating an impressive finial. The heavy branches are embellished with leaves and the column is wrapped with grave leaves and vines. The supports for the branches culminate in hood feet at the bottom and the candelabra are each supported by a sturdy circular base. There is a later inscription on the bases.
