PAIR ANTIQUE FRENCH SILVER & CUT GLASS CLARET JUGS / WINE JUG c. 1875

A Pair of Antique French Solid Silver Mounted Claret Jug. Each Jug has a Solid Silver neck, hinged lid and handle and stands on a Silver Spread foot. The Jug is embellished with sublte chased patterning including a sublte swag design on the neck and foliate elements on the lid and handle. The clear cut glass body of the Claret Jug features an elegant fluted pattern.
Date – c. 1875.
Made in France.
