A beautiful Antique Victorian Solid Silver Wine Ewer / Claret Jug. This Wine Jug is of excellent quality and featured a beautiful chased design around the body and mirrored on the spread foot. The chasing on the body features a series of catouches. Two of these on opposite sides have been left plain. One contains an engraved monogram, while the rest of the cartouches are filled with beautiful floral designs. The domed lid is also chased and has a good sized finial. The Jug has an elegant scroll handle.
