A lovely Antique 17th century James II solid Silver Porringer, decorated with a band of stylised leaf patterns around the lower half of the body, below a wreath style band around the centre. The Porringer has a pair of classic scroll handles and is engraved with the letters W over WE.
The Porringer was made in London in 1687 by maker RP (Listed in Jackson's as unascribed).
