A lovely antique Victorian solid Silver and Glass Butter Dish. The frosted glass Dish has a domed silver Lid and stands on a silver under plate. The lid and plate are both engraved with a beautiful leaf foliate design and the lid is further engraved with a small crest.

Made in London in 1871 by J & E Barnard.

Approx. Diameter of plate 17.7cm

This Dish is in good condition with no damage.

Both the lid and the under plate have full English Hallmarks.
