Antique Large Solid Silver and Glass Bowl Germany circa 1890

A beautiful antique German solid Silver Bowl with a fitted rich green glass liner. This Bowl has an ornate chased and pierced pattern allowing the green colour to shine through, although the Bowl could be used without the liner if desired. The Bowl has four cartouches showing chased cherubs on each, connected with ornate chased floral swags across the centre of the body of the Bowl. The Bowl stands on a chased spread foot.

Made in Germany in circa 1890.
