A gorgeous antique Austrian silver & enamel cigarette case. The case features a magnificent enamel scene on the front cover showing a mare and her colt cantering through the country side. The horses and landscape are created in rich, vibrant colors with a wonderful attention to detail. The back over is plain polished silver and the interior is lightly gilded. The back cover has a facsimile signature engraved inside.
Made in Austria in circa 1900.
