A rare George III antique sterling silver dessert basket with a frosted white glass liner. The Georgian basket stands on four claw feet with acanthus leaf mounts. The base of the basket has an applied leaf border. The glass liner is of thick, heavy weight glass and has a cut pattern in the base.
