A lovely little George II Solid Silver Teapot – called a Bachelor Tea Pot due to is smaller, single serving size. This Teapot stands on a spread foot and has an intricate bright cut engraved band around the rum and lid of the pot. Both sides of the teapot feature an engraved monogram. The Teapot has a dark wood handle.
Date – 1750.
Made in London.
Maker – Thomas Whipham.
