An early Antique William III Solid Silver Porringer with fitted Lid. This substantial Porringer has two scroll handles beaded embellishments. The body of the Porringer is decorated with a chased half fluted design and topped with a stylised leaf pattern. The Porringer stands on a chased spread foot. The fitted lid mirrors both the chased pattern on the foot, the half fluted pattern on the body and the leaf pattern. The lid is topped with a substantial fluted round finial.
