PAIR ANTIQUE AUSTRIAN SILVER & GLASS CLARET JUGS / WINE DECANTERS c. 1880

A pair of gorgeous Antique Silver & Glass Claret Jugs. This pair of Wine Jugs each have a Solid Silver Neck, Handle & hinged lid featuring ornate chased designs. The neck has a swirled fluted pattern with chased floral and foliate patterns superimposed over the fluting.The dombed lid has a matching fluted pattern and the substantial handle is twisted to mirror this fluting.
Date – 1880.
Made in Austria.
