An enormous Silver Gilt Mounted Magnifier by the legendary Venetian Jeweller Attilio Condognato. The frame around the Magnifying Glass is embellished with a border of fish and deep red cabochon stones. The handle is constructed of shaped bands of silver gilt, blue lapis lazuli, agate and ivory. This Magnifier is luxuriously weighty and substantial.
Made in Venice, Italy c. 1900 by Casa Cadognato.
