ANTIQUE LARGE BURMESE STERLING SILVER BOWL c. 1880

A magnificent Antique Burmese Solid Silver Bowl. This large Bowl is decorated with a rich, ornate chase design around the full exterior of the body. The images show a series of dynamic figures below shaped arches and surrounded by bands of floral and foliate patterning. The underside of the bowl shows a stylised flower in the centre and the words KHIN NG THAN = MAY.
Made in Burma (Myanmar) in c. 1880.
