A pair of excellent Antique German Silver Busts created with a wonderful attention to detail. This pair of Solid Silver Models show a pair of busts – one male and one female on top of ornate silver pedestals. The Busts wear period clothing and hairstyles while the pedestals have ornate bands of ribbon wrapped acanthus leaf patterns and chased winded cartouches with fleur de lis in the centre of the column. These Figurines are of exceptional quality and craftsmanship as well as being a good, heavy weight.
Date – c. 1890.
Made in Germany.
