A wonderful early Antique Charles II Porringer & Cover decorated with an ornate chased floral and foliate design on the body and fitted lid. The Body of the Porringer features a chased band of acanthus leaves around the base of the bodyand a chased floral and leaf band around the middle of the porringer. The fitted lid is embellised with complimentary chased detailes and topped with and impressive finial. The Porringer stands on a low spread pedestal foot and has two scroll handles.
